How to turn on stock management

Overview
This article explains how to turn on Stock Management in StoreFeeder so that inventory levels and pricing are automatically synchronised to your sales channels.
Before you begin
Before enabling Stock Management, make sure that StoreFeeder contains your master inventory and that your stock levels and pricing are accurate. StoreFeeder acts as the master file, so once Stock Management is on, it pushes your data out to your channels. StoreFeeder cannot be held responsible for inaccurate data.
Turning on Stock Management
- Go to Settings.

- Select your channel, then click Edit/View Integration and scroll to the Stock Management section.

- Enable the relevant settings and click Save.

Available settings
Order processing
Some of these options may already be turned on from earlier in the setup process.
- Import orders — imports orders from the channel into StoreFeeder so they can be picked, packed, and despatched
- Send despatch notifications — marks orders as despatched on the channel once they are despatched in StoreFeeder
Stock management
- Listing inventory updates — pushes your StoreFeeder inventory levels to your channel listings
- Update listing prices — pushes your StoreFeeder prices to your channel listings
- Automatic listings download — downloads any new listings created on the channel into StoreFeeder
