Mapping Listings
Overview
This article explains how to map your listings to your products in StoreFeeder. Mapping creates the link between a listing on a sales channel and the corresponding product in StoreFeeder.
Before you begin
If you have not already done so, turn on the Automatic Listing Download option for each sales channel.
- Go to Settings > Integration Manager > Edit/View integration > Channel Detail.
- Scroll to the Stock Management section and turn on Automatic Listing Download.

- Click Download Listings Now to trigger the listing import.
Warning: Depending on the number of listings, the import may take a few hours.
If you have not yet created products in StoreFeeder, it is easier to create them from your downloaded listings. See the Creating Products from Listings article for more information.
Mapping your listings
Once your listings have downloaded, you need to map them to your products.
Note: If you created your products from your downloaded listings, those listings are already mapped.
- You cannot map a variation listing to a simple product. The product format must match the listing format. You can, however, map a simple listing to a variation product.
- If you have used consistent SKUs across all your sales channels, you can use the Map All By SKU feature.
- If you have different SKUs across your channels, you need to map listings manually. See the Manually Mapping Listings to Products article for help.
- If you want to map multiple listings to the same product, use the Map Multiple Products button.
