Checking the status page
When there are technical issues with StoreFeeder or any of its connected APIs, marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, or carriers, these are raised as incidents on the status page as quickly as possible.

Before contacting the support team, check the status page at https://status.storefeeder.com/ — you may find that the issue is already identified and being resolved.
The status page gives you an overview of how the system is working and shows the current status of any known issues.
Incident status levels
Issues are reported in the following sequence:
- Investigating — StoreFeeder is aware of the issue and investigating the cause.
- Identified — The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
- Monitoring — A fix has been deployed and is being monitored.
- Resolved — The incident has been resolved.
Check the status page regularly and before contacting the support team.
