This article covers what happens after you go live with StoreFeeder and how the early life support period works.
Early life support
After going live, you enter an early life support period with your onboarder. During this time, your onboarder is available to help you with any questions or issues that arise as you begin using StoreFeeder in a live environment.
If you encounter any problems, check the StoreFeeder knowledge base at https://support.storefeeder.com/ first. If you cannot find an answer, contact the support team.
End of onboarding
Once the early life support period is complete, the formal onboarding process ends. From this point, the StoreFeeder support team is your primary point of contact for any questions or issues.
