Overview

This article explains how to use the Purchase Order page in StoreFeeder to view, search, and create purchase orders.

The Purchase Order page

The Purchase Order page is the hub for managing your purchase orders. You can view and search all previous and current purchase orders, as well as place new ones.

The page includes the following fields and controls:

  • New Purchase Order Button — place a new purchase order
  • Check Boxes — select individual orders, or check the box next to Purchase Order Reference to select all orders
  • Purchase Order Reference — search by purchase order reference number; click a reference number to view that order
  • Manufacturer — filter by manufacturer using the dropdown
  • Date Raised — filter by the date the purchase order was placed
  • Due Date — filter by the date the purchase order is due
  • Status — filter by purchase order status using the dropdown
  • Total Value — shows the total value of a purchase order
  • Total Items — shows the total number of items in a purchase order
  • View Paperwork — click to view the purchase order paperwork
  • Mark as Sent — indicates whether the purchase order has been marked as sent

Bulk actions

The following actions are available when one or more purchase orders are selected:

  • Delete Selected Items — deletes all selected purchase orders
  • Mark As Sent — marks selected purchase orders as sent
  • Clear Filtering — clears any filters or searches applied to the page
