This article lists common errors and messages you may encounter in StoreFeeder. If you do not see your error listed here, contact the support team and let them know it is missing.

SKU Not Found

Cause

You receive a "SKU not found" error when trying to map a listing to a product by SKU. This means the listing's SKU does not match any product SKU currently in StoreFeeder.

Fix

1. Check whether the product already exists in StoreFeeder under a different SKU. If so, map the listing to that product manually using the Manually Mapping Listings to Products guide.
2. If the product does not exist in StoreFeeder, create a new product from the listing.

Always check for duplicates before creating a new product. Duplicate products can cause stock management issues if they are not managed carefully.
