Using StoreFeeder Search Everywhere

This article explains how to use StoreFeeder's Search Everywhere feature to find orders, products, pages, and knowledge base articles from a single search bar.

Using Search Everywhere

Instead of navigating to individual pages to search for data, you can use Search Everywhere to find anything from one place. You can search for:

• Orders
• Products
• Pages in StoreFeeder
• The StoreFeeder knowledge base

To use Search Everywhere, click the search bar in the top right of the page:

Begin typing to search for your data.

Tip: When searching for orders, you can search by any of the following: Channel Order ID, StoreFeeder Order Number, Postcode, Address Lines 1/2/3, City, Company, Products on the Order, Customer name, or Customer Email. For example, if a customer cannot remember their order number, you can search by their email address to see all orders they have placed.

Navigating to pages and finding help

You can also use Search Everywhere to jump to a page in StoreFeeder or to search the knowledge base.

Search for the page you want to visit by typing its name into the search bar:
