Overview
This article outlines the StoreFeeder onboarding process, from initial setup through to going live. Follow the steps in order to get up and running with StoreFeeder.
Before you begin
Please read the following before starting the onboarding process:
- The standard onboarding process takes 3-6 weeks. This timeline may vary depending on the quality of your data, the complexity of your setup, and the resources you can allocate.
- This overview is a generic outline of the typical onboarding process and may be adjusted after a discussion with your onboarder.
- The tasks are listed in order, but some steps overlap and the sequence may change.
- During the onboarding phase, StoreFeeder only downloads information into the system. It does not update any of your sales platforms until you have completed the full onboarding process.
The onboarding process
Complete the following steps to get StoreFeeder working:
- Integrating Sales Platforms — Connect all your sales channels to StoreFeeder.
- Creating Products — Download listings, create products, and map listings to products.
- Mapping Listings — Import and map additional listings to products.
- Integrate Couriers / Enter product shipping information — Connect your couriers and ensure products have the correct shipping details.
- Create Shipping Methods, Regions and Rules for Orders — Set up rules so that shipping services are automatically assigned to orders.
- Testing — Run through the testing checklist before going live.
- Training — Learn the key processes and functions relevant to your account.
- Go Live — Switch StoreFeeder on for full multichannel management.
- Early Life Support & End of Onboarding — Find out what happens after going live and finishing onboarding.
