Task 4 — Update your company identity

Overview

This article explains how to update your company identity in StoreFeeder and how to add additional company identities if you sell under multiple brands.

What is a Company Identity?

A Company Identity lets you maintain a distinct divide between multiple companies or brands you sell as. Each Company Identity can be associated with sales channels, orders, and invoices.

StoreFeeder creates your first Company Identity automatically based on the information you provided at sign-up. You need to review it, confirm the details are correct, and add any missing information.

Updating your Company Identity

1. Click Settings in the top right of the screen.

1. In the settings menu on the left, click Company, then select Company Identities.

1. Click Edit/View Company Identity to open the details page.

1. Check that all information is accurate and correct.
2. Upload a Company Logo by clicking Select File and choosing your image.

3. Complete the international sales information, including:

   • Your VAT and EORI numbers
   • Your Custom Declaration Category
   • A signature image for CN22 declaration forms
   • Any country-specific VAT and tax numbers relevant to this company or brand

1. Click Save. A green confirmation message confirms the Company Identity has been saved.

Adding a new Company Identity

If you sell under more than one company or brand, you can create additional Company Identities.

1. Click the New Company Identity button.

1. On the Add New Company Identity page, enter all the relevant information as described above.

If you do not require any additional Company Identities, skip this step and mark it as Complete.
