Overview

This article gives you a tour of the StoreFeeder Dashboard, the first page you see when you log in. It provides an up-to-date overview of your business performance and highlights areas that need attention.

Using the dashboard

By default, the Dashboard shows data for your entire account. Use the filters in the top right to narrow the view to a specific channel or company identity.

The animated graph at the top of the page shows your sales over a given time frame — the last month by default. You can select a custom date range or switch to an area graph view.

A red box (such as the "Unrecognised Products" indicator shown below) alerts you to areas of StoreFeeder that require your attention.

Dashboard tabs

Orders

The Orders tab shows current order information, including Orders Today, orders Ready To Pick, and Orders Despatched Today.

Products

The Products tab shows basic product information, including Total Products, Out Of Stock Products, Products On Purchase Order, and Products On Back Order.

Listings

The Listings tab shows details of your listings, including Total Listings, Total Mapped Listings, and Total Active Listings. It also alerts you to any listing information that needs attention.

Warehouses

The Warehouses tab shows your current Number of Warehouses and the number of Empty Stock Locations across them.

Other

The Other tab shows information such as Total Active Channels, Total Customers, Number Of Warehouses, and Number Of Suppliers.

Bottom of the dashboard

The boxes at the bottom of the page display your Top Selling Products (sortable by time frame) and an Overview Of Sales By Channel showing sales from each of your channels over different time periods.
