Overview

This article walks you through adding and linking your sales channels to StoreFeeder. Connecting your channels is the first task of the onboarding process.

Before you begin

StoreFeeder automatically downloads all live listings from your channel into the listings section once the channel is linked. These listings are then mapped to your products to form the link between a product and its listings across all your sales channels, enabling accurate inventory updates.

Your onboarding partner will walk you through the mapping process during the guided setup phase.

Adding a new channel

When you signed up, you were asked which channels you sell on. If you entered those at sign-up, they are already added — start at Step 1.

If you need to add additional or new channels, follow from Step 3.

Step 1

Sign into StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, you may see a yellow bar indicating that you have sales channels that have not yet been tested. Click the link in the yellow bar to begin the integration.

If the yellow bar does not appear, click Settings in the top right, then click Your Integrations.

Step 2

On the Integration Manager page you see a list of all your channels. To integrate a channel, click Edit/View Integration. If the channel does not appear in the list, click the + New Integration button to add it.

Step 3

Skip this step if you are editing an existing integration.

If you are creating a new integration, choose the options shown in the following screens.

Enter a name for the integration, select your store, and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on your account. Then click + Add Integration.

Linking your channels to StoreFeeder

Once you have added your channels, you need to link them. This gives StoreFeeder the ability to download listings, upload new listings, import orders, and keep inventory up to date.

Follow the relevant guide below for each channel:
