  • System Status section
  • Announcements section
  • Security Score section
  • Product Updates section
  • Latest knowledgebase articles section
  • Recently active users section
  • Learning Hub section

Welcome Section

The first section you see is the welcome section.

Along the top bar you have access to Search Everywhere, StoreFeeder Messages, Settings, and your Account Details.

Clicking the messages button opens your StoreFeeder messages.

The Settings button takes you to the Settings page.

The Account button takes you to your account.

Below the greeting you see info panels about your orders and products. Click any panel to go to the relevant page.

Shortcuts section

Below the welcome section, you see shortcuts to the most commonly used pages.

System Status section

The System Status section shows whether StoreFeeder and its integrations are operating normally. If there are any issues, you see an indication of what is happening. Clicking on this takes you to the status page for a more detailed explanation.

Announcements section

The Announcements section displays important messages, such as changes to support hours or advance notice of changes to StoreFeeder functionality. These are kept separate from regular messages to improve communication.

Clicking a message expands it. From there you can delete it so it no longer appears in your list.

Security score section

Note: This section is only visible to admin users.

The Security score section shows how secure your account is at a glance.

Click Show more to expand the section and see detailed recommendations for improving your score, such as activating MFA or setting up IP Restriction. You can also review accounts that have not changed their password recently.

Click View all users to go to the user management page for a per-account breakdown of this information.

Product Updates section

The Product Updates section shows the most recent product update articles so you can keep up with new features and changes.

Click Read more to open a specific article, or See more articles to go to the updates page.

Latest knowledgebase articles section

The Latest knowledgebase articles section shows the most recently created or updated knowledge base articles. Click any article to open it, or click View all knowledgebase articles to go to the support page.

Recently active users section

The Recently active users section shows recent logins. A green dot on a user's icon indicates they are currently active.

Learning Hub section

The Learning Hub shows articles from the StoreFeeder blog with hints, tips, and e-commerce news. Click an article to open it, or click See more articles for the complete list.
