Overview
This guide covers steps to locate and recover a Shopify listing that is not appearing in StoreFeeder.
Finding a missing Shopify listing
- Go to Settings, find your Shopify integration, and select Edit. Under the Stock Management header, select Download listings now.

This triggers the listing download immediately rather than waiting for the next scheduled cycle (which runs every 2 hours). Wait about 10 minutes and check whether the missing listing has appeared.
- If the listing still does not appear, it may have been imported before a SKU was assigned to it. Go to Shopify, edit the product, and copy the Shopify product ID from the page URL.

Then search for that ID in the Channel identifier field on the Listings page in StoreFeeder.

If you find the listing this way, redownload it so StoreFeeder imports the updated details.
- If you still cannot find the listing, check the Controlled by StoreFeeder column on the far right of the Listings grid. This is set to Yes by default. Set it to No to reveal any ignored listings.

You can bulk un-ignore any listings found here if you want them to be controlled by StoreFeeder again.
