Overview
This guide covers how to import and map Shopify categories in StoreFeeder.
Before you begin
Your Shopify site must already be integrated with StoreFeeder before you can map categories.
Mapping Shopify categories
- Go to Settings, then select Edit/View Integration on the Integration Manager page.
- Select Map Categories on the left-hand side, then select the Import Categories button in the top right.
This downloads all existing store categories from Shopify into StoreFeeder.
- Match the Shopify Category to the StoreFeeder Category by selecting the corresponding values from the drop-down menus and selecting Add Mapping.
Completed mappings appear in the Current Mappings section. To remove a mapping, select Remove Mapping on the same line.
- If you have added new categories to StoreFeeder but they are not appearing in the StoreFeeder Category drop-down, select Refresh Mappings to update the list.
