Overview
This guide covers how to set up a WooCommerce tracking note template in StoreFeeder so that customers receive tracking numbers when their orders are despatched.
Before you begin
You need an active WooCommerce integration in StoreFeeder before following this guide.
Setting up the tracking note template
- Go to Settings > Integration Manager > Your Integrations and select Edit/View Integration on your WooCommerce integration.

- On the WooCommerce Integration Details page, locate the WooCommerce Settings section. Toggle Order Tracking Note Settings to On. A Tracking Note Template field appears.

- A default template is provided. You can customise it, but avoid changing the tokens. The available tokens are:
- Customer first name —
{{shippingFirstName}} - Customer last name —
{{shippingLastName}} - Order tracking number —
{{trackingNumber}} - Courier name —
{{carrierName}} - Tracking URL link —
<a href='{{trackingUrl}}'>here</a>
If you want to restore the original template at any time, select Reset to Default above the template text box.
- Select Save at the bottom of the page.
From now on, when WooCommerce sends a shipping notification, customers will also receive an order update email containing your tracking note.
