Magento Listing Guide

Overview

This guide covers how to create a Magento listing from StoreFeeder.

Before you begin

You need to have your Magento site linked to StoreFeeder and the Magento channel activated in Settings before listing.

Creating a Magento listing

1. Go to Settings and confirm your Magento channel is active.
2. Open the product you want to list.
3. Select the Magento channel icon from the logos at the top of the product page, or select the Listings tab in the left-hand menu.
4. From the Listings tab, select the green New Listing button in the top right.
5. Select Magento from the channel selection list.
6. The listing page opens with the relevant fields for Magento. Select the correct categories and confirm the details are correct, then select Save & Upload.

The item usually appears on your Magento site within a few minutes in the category you selected. Once the listing is created, it is automatically linked to the product and stock is controlled from StoreFeeder (provided inventory updates are enabled in your Magento channel settings).

Troubleshooting

If a problem occurs with the listing, a yellow warning triangle error notification will appear to guide you to the source of the issue.
