Integrating with WooCommerce
Overview
This guide covers how to integrate your WooCommerce webstore with StoreFeeder.
The WooCommerce integration enables you to:
- Download your WooCommerce orders
- Mark orders as despatched on WooCommerce and notify customers
- Update and synchronise your WooCommerce inventory from StoreFeeder
- Import any listing created on WooCommerce to StoreFeeder
- Upload any listing created in StoreFeeder to WooCommerce
Connecting WooCommerce to StoreFeeder
- Sign in to StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, a yellow bar at the top indicates sales channels that have not been tested. Select the link in the yellow bar to begin.
If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings > Your Integrations in the top right.

- On the Integration Manager page, find Existing Webstore Integrations and select Edit/View Integration next to WooCommerce.

If WooCommerce does not appear in the list, create a new integration by selecting the green + New Integration button in the top right of the Integration Manager page.

- If creating a new integration, select the options shown below. If editing an existing integration, skip this step.

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users. Select +Add Integration to proceed.
On the Integration Details page, you can edit the Profile Name, select a Company Identity, and set the channel's Active status. StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings so the integration defaults to test mode β leave these as-is until you are ready to go live.
- Enter your shop URL and select Connect account.

You are redirected to your WooCommerce installation to authorise StoreFeeder access.
If you are not already logged in to WordPress, you will see the login screen:

Enter your WordPress credentials and select Login. On the next page, review the permissions and select Approve to complete the connection. You are redirected back to StoreFeeder.

- Scroll down to the WooCommerce Settings section. The default weight unit is kg. If your WooCommerce store uses a different weight unit, update the drop-down to match. Mismatched units will result in incorrect weight values.

- Select Test Connection to verify the channel connects successfully.

- Select Save to complete the integration.
Your WooCommerce account and StoreFeeder account are now integrated. For information on the channel settings at the bottom of the integration page, see the Generic Integration Settings article.
Sale price timezone
If you use discounted pricing at specific dates, ensure the local time for StoreFeeder and WooCommerce match. A mismatch can cause sales to start or end a day early.
- In StoreFeeder, go to Settings > Misc > Regional Settings.

- In WordPress, go to Settings > General to check the timezone.
