Integrating with EKM

Overview

This guide covers how to integrate your EKM webstore with StoreFeeder.

The EKM integration enables you to:

• Download your EKM orders
• Send shipping updates to EKM
• Update and synchronise your EKM inventory from StoreFeeder

Connecting EKM to StoreFeeder

1. Sign in to StoreFeeder. If you have already created an EKM integration, a yellow bar may appear at the top of the Dashboard indicating untested channels. If you have not yet created the integration, go to Settings in the top right, then select Your Integrations.

1. On the Integration Manager page, you will see a list of your channels.

If you previously created an EKM integration, select Edit/View to continue from there and skip to step 4.

To create a new integration, select the green + New Integration button.

1. Select Webstore.

Then select EKM (you may need to scroll to find this option).

Enter a name for the integration, choose whether to extend permissions to all users, and select +Add Integration to proceed.

1. On the integration details page, select Connect to EKM and sign in to your EKM account. You will be prompted to allow StoreFeeder to connect.

1. Select Allow to complete the connection. If you run into any issues, copy or screenshot any error messages and raise a support ticket.
