This article explains how StoreFeeder imports shipping special instructions from Magento 2 orders.
How special instructions are imported
Magento 2 is highly customisable, and different apps or add-ons may store shipping instructions in different fields. StoreFeeder automatically looks for shipping instructions in the following location:
items -> extension_attributes -> "shipping_instructions"To have StoreFeeder import your shipping instructions and place them in the Special Instructions field on the StoreFeeder order, ensure your instructions are stored in an extension attribute called shipping_instructions on the order.
For supported couriers, StoreFeeder will include the special instructions when sending delivery information.
