Overview

This guide covers how to integrate your BigCommerce webstore with StoreFeeder.

The BigCommerce integration enables you to:

  • Create product listings
  • Download your BigCommerce orders
  • Pick, pack, and despatch orders
  • Send tracking information to BigCommerce
  • Update and synchronise inventory
  • Sync stock levels to all linked channels

Connecting BigCommerce to StoreFeeder

  1. Sign in to StoreFeeder. On the Dashboard, a yellow bar at the top indicates sales channels that have not been tested. Select the link in the yellow bar to begin.

If the yellow bar does not appear, go to Settings > Your Integrations in the top right.

  1. On the Integration Manager page, find Existing Webstore Integrations and select Edit/View Integration next to BigCommerce.

If BigCommerce does not appear in the list, create a new integration by selecting the green + New Integration button in the top right of the Integration Manager page.

  1. If creating a new integration, select the options shown below. If editing an existing integration, skip this step.

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users. Select +Add Integration to proceed.

On the Integration Details page, you can edit the Profile Name, select a Company Identity, and set the channel's Active status. StoreFeeder pre-sets most settings so the integration defaults to test mode — leave these as-is until you are ready to go live.

  1. Log in to your BigCommerce webstore. In the left-hand navigation, select Advanced Settings > API Accounts.
  1. Select Create API Account.
  1. On the Create API Account page, name the account. Note the API Path — you will not be able to see it again and it is required for the StoreFeeder integration.

Under Auth Scopes, set the permissions to match the image below.

Select Save. Your BigCommerce API credentials are now displayed — keep a record of them as this page is only shown once.

  1. Return to StoreFeeder and enter the Client ID and Access Token from BigCommerce into the API Client ID and API Auth Token fields. The Client Secret is not required.

Enter the API Path into the API URL field and enter your store hash into its respective field. The store hash is found in the API Path:

  • store-**storehash**.mybigcommerce.com/api/v2
  • api.bigcommerce.com/stores/**storehash**/v3

Enter the Store URL, set the Trigger Order Status (the order status StoreFeeder checks to download orders), and set the Store Weight Measurement.

  1. Select Save to complete the integration.

Your BigCommerce account and StoreFeeder account are now integrated. For information on the channel settings at the bottom of the integration page, see the Generic Integration Settings article.
