Access the Exchange Rates page

Go to Settings > Accounting > Exchange Rates.

If the page does not match the screenshots below, switch to the V3 page using the toggle shown here:

To return to the previous version at any time, click the vial icon and turn off the beta page toggle .

You can also submit feedback from this same page.

Create an exchange rate

  1. Click New Exchange Rate.
  1. Select the currency pair from the Exchange dropdown. You can type currency codes to filter the list.
  2. Click Add Exchange Rate.

You are returned to the grid where you can optionally set a manual rate or an overhead percentage.

The overhead percentage is applied on top of the automatic rate (or the manual rate if one is set). You do not need to enter an overhead if it does not apply.

Automatic exchange rates are updated daily around 4pm from https://openexchangerates.org/.

Set a manual exchange rate

Enter a value in the Manual Rate field for the relevant currency. StoreFeeder recommends entering values to 4 decimal places.

Edit an exchange rate

Update the manual rate or overhead directly in the grid. When you make a change, two icons appear in the Update column:

  • Click the tick to save the change.
  • Click the undo arrow to discard the change and restore the previous value.

Delete exchange rates

Delete a single rate

Click the three-dot menu on the currency row and select Delete. Confirm when prompted.

Delete multiple rates

Check the rows you want to delete. A Delete option appears at the top of the screen. Click it and confirm.

A confirmation message appears and you are returned to the grid.

Exchange rates are applied to orders at the time of import. Changes to exchange rates, including deletions, do not affect historic orders.
