Adding Custom Order Return Reasons

Overview

StoreFeeder includes a set of default order return reasons. If the defaults do not meet your needs, you can add custom return reasons.

Add a custom return reason

  1. Go to Settings > Misc > Order Return Reasons.
  1. Click + New Return Reason in the top right.
  2. Enter the return reason text in the field that appears and click Create.

The new reason is immediately available when processing a return.

You can edit or delete custom return reasons at any time. Default return reasons cannot be removed.
