Automated Supplier Stock Imports (FTPs)

Overview

StoreFeeder can automatically update supplier stock levels so you can sell supplier stock directly on channel and dropship orders or receive stock before despatch.

Via the StoreFeeder REST API

You can use the StoreFeeder REST API to update stock programmatically. API access is available at an additional monthly cost. Contact the support team to discuss enabling it. You will need a developer to handle the integration on your side.

Via FTP or URL feed

If you prefer not to use the API, StoreFeeder can update stock automatically from FTP or XML/CSV feeds. There is a setup fee (depending on the complexity of the feed) and a small monthly fee for ongoing maintenance.

To set up a feed, provide the information below for your feed type.

FTP feed

• FTP URL
• FTP Port
• FTP Username
• FTP Password
• Supplier to update
• Folder the file is in
• File name
• How often the supplier updates the file
• Column/field that acts as the Supplier SKU
• Column/field that acts as Inventory
• (Optional) Column/field that acts as Cost Price
• (Optional) Whether to remove supplier stock for products no longer in the file
