Integration Channel Settings Explained
Overview
The Channel Settings section appears on all marketplace and webstore channel integrations in StoreFeeder. It controls which services run for the channel and sets the channel currency.

Order processing settings
These settings control how order information flows between StoreFeeder and your channel.
Import Orders
When set to On, StoreFeeder imports orders placed on your marketplace or webstore. When set to Off, no orders are imported.
Note: If you turn this setting off for a period and then turn it back on, StoreFeeder only imports orders that are in the correct status. It does not backfill orders processed during the downtime.
Send Despatch Notifications
When set to On, StoreFeeder sends shipping updates to your channel once an order is marked as Despatched. Notifications are only sent at the point of despatch, so enabling this setting after a period of it being off will not retroactively send updates.
Ignore Channel Tax
When set to On, StoreFeeder ignores tax values reported by the channel and calculates tax based on the product's tax information in StoreFeeder. When set to Off, StoreFeeder uses the tax values as reported by the channel.
Merge Orders
When set to On, StoreFeeder merges imported orders that share the same address, channel, shipping method, and order status.
Note: StoreFeeder does not retroactively merge existing orders. To merge orders already in StoreFeeder, turn this setting On and then redownload the orders.
Stock management settings
These settings control how listing, inventory, and pricing information is exchanged with your channel.
Listing Inventory Updates
When set to On, StoreFeeder controls stock on the channel for listings where Listing Controlled by StoreFeeder is set to Yes. StoreFeeder pushes inventory figures to keep the channel in sync with your StoreFeeder inventory levels.
If you manually change inventory on your marketplace or website, mirror that change in StoreFeeder. The next inventory update will overwrite the channel value with the StoreFeeder value.
Update Listing Prices
When set to On, price changes made to listings in StoreFeeder are pushed to your channel. When set to Off, you must update prices directly on the channel.
Automatic Listing Download
When set to On, products created on your channel are automatically downloaded into StoreFeeder. You can then map downloaded listings to existing products or create new products from them. Listings must be mapped and updated in StoreFeeder before StoreFeeder will push any changes.
Download Listing Now
Selecting this button triggers an immediate download of all listings not yet in StoreFeeder for that channel. It can take up to 20 minutes for listings to appear.
Upload Listings
When set to On, StoreFeeder pushes listing content changes to your channel. This includes new listings created in StoreFeeder and bulk changes to existing listings. You can still upload individual listings at any time from the listing detail page by choosing Save and Upload.
Warning: Confirm with your onboarding team or support before enabling this option. It will overwrite channel listing information with the data held in StoreFeeder.
Misc settings
Currency
Set the currency for this channel. If the selected currency differs from your account currency or the marketplace/webstore currency, StoreFeeder converts prices between currencies automatically.
