Overview

If order emails have stopped sending from StoreFeeder, this article covers the most common cause and how to resolve it.

Cause

If you are using Outlook SMTP, the password may have expired. Outlook automatically expires passwords after 90 days by default.

Fix

  1. Reset your Outlook password.
  2. Go to Settings > Email Configuration > Email Settings in StoreFeeder and update the SMTP password with the new one.
  3. Click Test Settings to confirm emails are sending correctly.

If emails are still not sending after updating the password, contact the StoreFeeder support team for further investigation.
