Overview

StoreFeeder includes an EPOS system for scanning products and printing invoices. This article explains how to create a custom invoice template for EPOS orders.

Before you begin

You need to create a Company Identity before following these steps. See the Create a Company Identity in StoreFeeder article for instructions.

Create a custom EPOS invoice template

Step 1: Create an internal Phone Order integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integration Manager > + New Integration.
  1. Select Internal as the integration type, then select Phone Order.
  2. Enter a profile name and add the integration.
  3. Assign the Company Identity you created to this integration (circled in the image below).

Ensure the integration is set to Active and Default (both toggles should be on).

Step 2: Create an invoice template

  1. Go to Settings > Warehouse Management > Invoice Templates > + New Invoice.
  1. Select the Company Identity you created and give the template a name.
  2. Choose a baseline layout from the options provided, or select a blank template.
  3. Click Save.
  1. On the template detail page, mark this template as Default using the checkbox shown in the image above.
  2. Scroll down to the Template section to customise the invoice layout.

Note: Use the tokens listed on the right side of the design view. These are the supported fields that StoreFeeder recognises.

  1. To preview your template, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Preview.
  1. When you are satisfied with the preview, click Save.

EPOS orders now print using your custom template.
