Overview

The Orders Grid is the central hub for managing all your orders in StoreFeeder. This article explains how to use the grid's filters, sorting, and search features.

Finding the Orders Grid

Go to Orders > Manage Orders in the top navigation. The grid displays all orders across your integrated channels that have been imported into StoreFeeder.

Using filters

At the top of each column is a filter input. Enter a value to narrow the orders displayed.

Sorting

Columns with stacked arrows next to the header can be sorted. Click the arrows to toggle between:

  • Top arrow highlighted — sorted A to Z
  • Bottom arrow highlighted — sorted Z to A
  • No arrow highlighted — unsorted

If you only know part of a name or number, use a wildcard search with the * symbol:

  • Store* — finds all results that begin with "Store"
  • *Feeder — finds all results that end with "Feeder"
  • *OreFee* — finds all results that contain "OreFee" anywhere

Caution: Using two * wildcards searches through a large amount of data and can sometimes cause timeouts. Avoid overusing this pattern where possible.

Operators

Some filters support numeric operators:

  • = — equal to the number
  • > — greater than the number
  • < — less than the number
  • >= — greater than or equal to the number
  • <= — less than or equal to the number

Searching historical orders

The following filters are useful for finding historical order data:

  • Order ID — returns a single order matching the StoreFeeder Order ID
  • Channel Order ID — returns all StoreFeeder orders associated with the channel order ID (useful for orders that have been split after import)
  • Order Date — returns all orders placed within the specified date range
  • Despatched Date — returns all orders despatched within the specified date range
  • Channel Despatched Date — returns orders despatched within the specified date range as reported by the channel
  • Customer Name — returns all orders placed by the specified customer
  • Company — returns all orders placed by the specified company
  • Email Address — returns all orders placed by the specified email address
  • Archived — set to Yes to search orders older than 6 months (orders are automatically archived after 6 months)

Bulk actions

You can carry out many actions on multiple orders at once from the Orders Grid — such as despatching, deleting, or marking orders as attention required. See the Bulk Actions article for a full list of available actions.
