Overview
This article explains how order refunds work in StoreFeeder and what steps you need to take when a customer is refunded.
Processing refunds
StoreFeeder does not automatically notify channels when an order is refunded. If you process a refund on the channel, you must also replicate it in StoreFeeder to mark the order as refunded and return the stock if necessary.
Exception: For eBay, orders cancelled on the channel are deleted in StoreFeeder, because eBay can reuse order numbers.
