Why are my orders importing as "unrecognised"

Overview
This article explains why orders may import with an "unrecognised" status in StoreFeeder and how to resolve each cause.
Cause
Orders import as "unrecognised" when StoreFeeder cannot find an appropriate mapped listing for the ordered item. The most common causes are:
- Unmapped listing — You have a listing on that channel that is not mapped to a StoreFeeder product. Map the listing to the appropriate product to resolve this. If you cannot find the listing, check your ignored listings in case it was accidentally ignored.
- New or changed channel listing — The listing details on the channel have changed since it was last mapped. Re-map the listing to the correct product.
- Listing assigned to a different channel account — If you have multiple channel accounts, the listing may belong to a different account than expected. Check that the order is assigned to the correct channel integration.
Fix
For each cause:
- Go to your channel listings and find the unmapped or changed listing.
- Map it to the correct StoreFeeder product.
- If the listing was previously ignored, un-ignore it and then map it.
- Re-import or refresh the affected orders once the mapping is in place.
