Priority/Attention Required Orders in StoreFeeder
Overview
This article explains Priority Orders and Attention Required orders in StoreFeeder — what they are, how to identify them, and how to work with them across the Orders Grid, pickwaves, and shipping rules.
What are Priority and Attention Required orders?
Priority Orders are orders that require immediate action, such as Amazon next-day delivery orders. StoreFeeder displays and filters these separately so you can process them quickly.
Attention Required is a status you can manually assign to any order to mark it as high importance — for example, if it has a customer note that needs reviewing before despatch.
Identifying these orders on your dashboard
Your dashboard includes a section displaying both Priority Orders and Attention Required orders at a glance.

Identifying these orders on the Manage Orders page
Go to Orders > Manage Orders. The Order Flags column lets you filter by Priority and Attention Required:
- A red A stamp indicates Attention Required.
- A green P stamp indicates a Priority Order.

Marking an order as Attention Required
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders.
- Click the Order ID of the order you want to flag.
- On the order details page, check the Attention Required box and add any additional notes if needed.

Priority Orders in pickwaves
On the Warehouse > Picking page, use the Outstanding Orders dropdown to filter by order flags. Select Priority to show only priority orders in the grid.

Priority Orders in shipping rules
When creating or editing a shipping rule, a Priority Order dropdown lets you control whether the rule applies to priority orders:
- Any Priority — the rule applies to orders of any priority level
- No — the rule does not apply to Priority Orders
- Yes — the rule applies only to Priority Orders
