Overview
This article explains how to export listing data from StoreFeeder, make bulk changes, and re-import the updated file to apply those changes to your live channel listings.
Export listing data
- Go to Listings > Listing Import/Export.

- Select the Export tab on the left.
- Choose the Channel you want to export from. Only one channel can be exported at a time.

- Select the Fields To Export. Checking Standard Fields exports all available fields for that channel. For the full list of available fields by channel, see the Available Listing Import/Export Fields article.
- Select Export to download the file in .XLS format.

Save an export template
To save your channel and field selection for reuse:
- Select the channel and fields you want to save, then select Save Template.

- Give the template a name and choose whether to mark it as a favourite or public.

Import listing data to update existing listings
- Go to the Import (Update Existing) tab on the left.

- Choose whether StoreFeeder should automatically Update to Channel when the file is imported.
- Select the channel you want to update.
- Select Select File and choose the updated spreadsheet.

- Once the file uploads, select the Key Field β use either Listing ID or Listing SKU as these are unique identifiers.
- Map the remaining fields you are updating, then confirm the import.

Import new listings
Use the Import (Create New) tab to create new listings from a spreadsheet. The process is the same as importing to update, but StoreFeeder creates new listings rather than modifying existing ones.
