Adding a new eBay Listing Template

Overview

This article explains how to import an eBay listing template into StoreFeeder and apply it to your listings individually or in bulk.

Add a new listing template

1. Go to Settings in the top right corner.
2. Find the eBay integration you want to add the template to and select Edit/View Integration.
3. In the left navigation, go to the eBay Listing Template tab.
4. Select + New Listing Template.
5. In the window that appears, give the template a name and select the file to upload.

Apply the template to listings

Apply to an individual listing

1. Open the listing you want to update and go to the Descriptions tab.
2. In the template dropdown below the description text box, select your new template.
3. Save and upload the listing to push the changes to eBay.

Apply in bulk using Listing Import/Export

1. Go to Listings > Listing Import/Export.
2. Select the eBay channel you want to update.
3. Add the eBay Listing Template field to the fields to export, then export the file.
4. In the exported file, set the listing template field to the name of your new template for all relevant listings.
5. Re-import the file to push the changes to eBay.
