Info: Struggling to Understand Something? Our handy StoreFeeder Terminology list will help you out.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1.
First, sign into StoreFeeder using your login details. You will then be brought to the 'Dashboard' and will see a yellow bar
at the top of the page indicating that you have sales channels that have not been tested. To begin the integration, click on the link in the yellow bar
.
If this yellow bar doesn't appear on your dashboard then look to the top right of the page for 'Settings'
then click 'Your Integrations'.

Step 2.
You will now see the 'Integration Manager' page and a list of all of your channels. To integrate your eBay channel, click on 'Edit/View Integration'
. If eBay does not already appear on this list then you will need to set up a new integration for it; you can do this by clicking the green button marked ' New Integration'
. Both options have been circled in the picture below:

Step 3.
If you are editing an already existing integration, you can skip this step.
If you are creating a new integration you will then be greeted by the following screens where you will need to pick the circled options.

You will then be asked to input a name for the integration and select which eBay country you are selling through; you will also be asked if you wish to extend permissions to all users on your account. Once you have finished, click the '+Add Integration' to proceed.
Warning: Integration Details Page StoreFeeder has pre-set the majority of these settings on this page. This is because the integration will default to the 'TEST' mode within StoreFeeder when it is created, allowing for the connection to be easily checked. Leave these settings as they are until you are ready to go live.
Step 4.
To create the link between StoreFeeder and your eBay account, you need to link StoreFeeder to both the new eBay and the old eBay API, you need to click on the 'Link my eBay account to StoreFeeder' links circled below (You can link one first and then link the next one).

Info: Why am I doing this twice? Currently a link to the new eBay API is required so that StoreFeeder has access to the eBay Catalogue feature. StoreFeeder will slowly be transitioning to just using the one "new" API but at the moment both need to be linked to have full functionality.
Step 5.
A new web page from eBay will open in your browser and you will be prompted to add your eBay User ID and password. Once you have entered these, press the 'Sign In' button.
You will be presented with a screen asking you to allow StoreFeeder to integrate with your eBay account. Please take the time to read the StoreFeeder Privacy Policy, and when you are happy, click 'I Agree'.

Step 6.
StoreFeeder will now have access to your eBay account. Now you will just need to enter the e-mail address linked to the PayPal account you use on eBay in the 'PayPal Email' box below. Finally, click the 'Save' button to complete the process.

Congratulations! Your eBay account and your StoreFeeder account are now integrated.
Info: Please Note If this is your first eBay integration on your account it can take up to 90 minutes before your listings and orders start to come in. If you are waiting longer than 2 hours please contact support.
