Displaying Purchase Order Reference Numbers on Shipping Labels for Amazon Business Orders
Overview
StoreFeeder has introduced an update for Amazon orders with the Business flag. When a Purchase Order (PO) reference number is entered on the order, this number will now automatically appear on the shipping label when it is generated through our direct Royal Mail integration.
This enhancement helps improve traceability and compliance with Amazon Business customer requirements.
1 What's New
Previously, the Purchase Order reference number for Amazon Business orders was stored within the order details but not printed on the shipping label.
Now, if the order is marked as a Business order and a PO reference number exists, that number will be displayed directly on the printed shipping label.
2 When It Applies
This update applies only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The order source is Amazon.
- The order is marked as an Amazon Business order (the Business flag is active).
- A Purchase Order Reference Number has been entered in the order details.
- The shipping label is generated via our direct Royal Mail integration.
If any of these conditions are not met, the shipping label will print as normal without the PO reference.
3 Where You'll See It
The Purchase Order Reference Number will appear on the shipping label, typically below or alongside the order reference information (exact placement may vary depending on the courier label format).

5 Benefits
