Integrating with Xero
Overview
This guide walks you through linking your Xero account to StoreFeeder and completing the initial configuration.
What the Xero integration does
The Xero integration enables you to:
- Automatically send order data to your Xero account.
- Set which order statuses are sent to Xero.
- Specify which channels have their sales data exported.
Link your Xero account
Step 1
Sign in to StoreFeeder. If a yellow notification bar appears at the top of the Dashboard, select the link in that bar to go to Integration Manager. If the yellow bar is not present, select Settings
in the top-right corner, then select Your Integrations.

Step 2
On the Integration Manager page you will see a list of all your channels. To integrate with Xero, select Edit/View Integration
next to an existing Xero integration, or select the green + New Integration
button to create one.

Step 3
If you are editing an existing integration, skip this step.
For a new integration, select the options highlighted in the screens below.

Enter a name for the integration and choose whether to extend permissions to all users on the account. Select + Add Integration to continue.
Note: StoreFeeder pre-sets most options on the Integration Details page and defaults the integration to TEST mode, which makes it easy to verify the connection before going live. Leave these settings as-is until you are ready to go live.
Step 4
Select Edit/View Integration for your new Xero integration to open its settings page.

Select Connect to Xero to be taken to the Xero login page.

After logging in to Xero, grant StoreFeeder access to your account.

Once access is granted, return to the Xero integration page in StoreFeeder and use Test Connection to confirm the setup is working.
Finish configuration
Order statuses and export type
Select the Order Statuses to Export for this channel. These determine which orders are sent to Xero. Select each status you want to include from the list.

Choose how StoreFeeder exports orders to Xero: Transaction Per Order (as each order reaches an export status) or Transaction Per Channel Per Day (once daily).
Select Save when done.

Channel export settings
In the Xero Settings tab, set the export preferences for each channel. To enable a channel, set Export Orders to On for that channel.
The Xero Account Code, Xero Account Shipping Code, and Tracking Option Values are downloaded from Xero at the point of integration and reflect your Xero configuration.

Note: If you have not set up any Tracking Option Values in Xero, only N/A will be available to select.
Select Save to finalise the integration.
