Integrating with TradeBox
Overview
This guide walks you through integrating your TradeBox account with StoreFeeder and exporting your first data file.
Set up the TradeBox integration
Sign in to StoreFeeder. From the Dashboard, select Settings in the top-right corner.

On the Integration Manager page, select the green + New Integration button in the top-right corner.

Select the options highlighted in the screens below.


Enter a name for the integration and select + Add Integration to continue. You are now on the Integration Details page. In the Integration Profile section you can edit the Profile Name, select a Company Identity, and set the Connection Type.
The TradeBox integration includes a pre-configured file definition. Check the following fields to make sure they suit your needs:
- Default Date Type — Whether exported order dates reflect when the order was placed or when it was dispatched.
- Order Statuses to Export — Choose which order statuses are included in the export (for example, dispatched orders only).
- Export Repeated Information — Whether tokens such as Order Total appear on every line of multi-line orders.

You can adjust the export template if needed.

To download the export file, select Export Accounts File in the left-hand navigation. Set your date range, confirm your Export Order Status list, and choose whether to Export Information From All Company Identities. Then select Export.

Your TradeBox integration is now set up and your first data export is complete.
