  7. In your KashFlow account, go to Apps > API Settings and configure the following:

    • Enabled — Turn this on to activate the API.
    • Remote Login — Allows StoreFeeder to link directly to pages in KashFlow without requiring you to log in again. Requires the API to be enabled.
    • Restrict Access — Restrict API access to specific IP addresses. It is recommended you restrict access to StoreFeeder's IP addresses (see the StoreFeeder Connectivity guide for the full list).
    • Password Settings — Set a dedicated API password for third-party applications. This keeps your main KashFlow password separate from API access.

Your KashFlow account is now linked to StoreFeeder.

Configure KashFlow settings

After linking, select KashFlow Settings in the left-hand menu to configure how each sales channel connects to KashFlow. The following options are available for each channel:

  • Export Orders — Controls whether invoices from this channel are sent to KashFlow. Set to On to enable.
  • Customer Sources — If you use Customer Sources in KashFlow, set the source that customers from this channel are assigned.
  • Payment Methods — Sets the payment method applied to invoices from this channel in KashFlow.
  • Bank Accounts — Sets which KashFlow bank account this channel's invoices are credited to.
