email invoice button with customers order page

It would be very useful if we could email the PDF invoice directly to the customers email (or Amazon email) within the customers order page. It would save having to print the invoice to PDF and then attach it to an email back to the customer. It would also be useful if we could have a default email template for the body of the invoice. E.G. Hi, please find attahced the invoice you requested. Kind regards Kieran ZedLabz

Cancel and order and +1 or -1 to inventory.

It would be handy sometimes after an order is cancelled if you could then select to add back to stock or prevent adding to stock. sometimes if we are out of stock and we cancel an order it sometimes re adds +1 and it sells again... also sometimes when a customer cancels the order the item doesn't get re added... usually the opposite to what you want ! so would be handy if its cancelled to then decide what you'd like to do ....

Warning message when order is late - synced with the channel (not what StoreFeeder thinks)

Sometimes orders don't get despatched to the channel properly (typically human / our process error). StoreFeeder could show a warning that order xyz was still showing as not despatched within the channel after x days / weekdays. Times when this happen are for example we've combined 2 orders into 1 shipment and only uploaded tracking info against 1 order number. This info needs to come from the channel - not what StoreFeeder believes the state of the order to be.

Adjust the "Reasons for Return"

In the "Reasons for return" seciton being able to add and edit our own Reason will be really useful as we will be able to speed up the process of issuing returns. At the moment we only have "Unwanted by customer" or "Damaged Goods". It would be useful to have "Returned by courier", ""Incorrect address" and more specific reasons such as "Wrong Item Sent", "Not as described" and other reasons the customer can add on Ebay or Amazon so that our reports can tally up easier.

Ability to speed up orders coming through from channel

The ability to pull orders through quicker during operating hours as some orders take over 30 mins to reach store feeder this means we have to reduce our courier cut off times to allow the warehouse to pick and pack before collection It would be good be able to manually pull orders from channel or speed up the sync process for woocommerce

Ability to easily view lifetime sales

Similar to the 'Sold Last 30 Days' column their needs to be a lifetime sales column on the manage inventory page. This is handy during buying meetings with suppliers as the information is clear and easy to get access to.

We should be able to choose how we want to merge the orders. Currently, Store Feeder says "The orders must also be from the Same channel Use the same shipping method Have the same order status Maybe there can be a toggle that we can switch on/off. For example; We want the system to merge orders from different sales channels. Or from different shipping methods. It is not possible at the moment.

Alert channels when orders are cancelled

It would be really useful if Storefeeder had the ability to send an alert to integrated channels when an order is cancelled. This would save us from having to cancel the order in 2 places and ensure what's on Storefeeder is accurate to what is on the channel.

Colour coded orders page e.g. Order line in red if returned, colours set by user.

I believe it would be useful the orders page grid was colour coded for different statuses, which could be setup by each storefeeder client. Each storefeeder client could assign colours to certain order statuses. For example we may want to highlight returns in a red, so within the settings we would assign red to the status "returned" Any order lines which are "returned" would show in red. Other clients could assign a different colour to returns if they wanted or perhaps assign colour to orders on hold etc etc.

User Permissions - "Reassign Picker"

The "Reassign Picker" button within a pickwave is only avalable to "Admin" users, thus meaning anyone who is not an "Admin" user is unable to perform this simple task, which is needed daily. As such taking someone else's time to reassign a few orders or whole pickwave for them.

Automatically flag potential incorrect address on orders - Automatically put order on hold until staff member checks address manaully

At least once a week we get the customer that fails to put the first line of their address on the order. The most common is putting the house number, followed by the county or city, they forget to put a road name leading to a failed delivery. I understand that it will not catch everything, sometimes customers put the whole address on one line, sometimes they put the house number on line 1 and the road on line 2 etc, but it might catch some dodgy addresses? particularly the customers that do not put the road name on the address. My suggestion would be to flag the order if both line one and line two of an address are less than 5 characters each, flag it as a potential incorrect address, put it on hold and alert via email or a popup etc to check the order address. We would click into the order, check the address and take it off hold if the address looks ok, otherwise we can contact our customer for the right address and dispatch at a later date. Saves wasted time serving customers who cannot even give their address correctly. Thanks Kieran

Button to manually add "Priority" tag within orders view

It would be very useful to be able to add the "Priority" tag to an order via the orders view on storefeeder. I know we can do this automatically via shipping rules which is very useful, but it would be really good to be able to add it to orders where necessary.

Orders Page - Display StoreFeeder Product Name

When viewing an order on the 'Orders Page', it currently displays the full Item Title from whichever platform the customer has ordered from, but this often contains keywords and can be quite long. It would be clearer if we could see the StoreFeeder Product Name here instead

Automatically suggest orders to merge

We often get multiple orders from customers at the same time which can be dispatched together to save on postage costs. At the moment we sort orders which are "complete ready to pick" by postcode and scan down the list and manually search for orders from the same customers which can be merged and posted together. Would be handy if Storefeeder automatically suggested orders that could be merged (based on matching postcode , customer name, buyer ID, etc). I think it's important to only "suggest" orders to merge rather than automatically merge though. Danny

Option to send replacement from original order (without manually putting through)

When a customer doesn't receive their order and we process a replacment, it would be handy if there was an option which would fill in a new replacement order for us and link this to their original order so our team can keep track of these without manual searches.

Notification when a backorder is received into the system

It would be useful when a backorder is pulled into the system that a notification is sent via email as these can sometimes be missed and we've had a few cases where a product has oversold on a channel due to delayed stock updates but no one has realised

Ability to re-download orders into storefeeder

It would would save a lot of time for both customers and StoreFeeder, if we had the ability to re-download orders into StoreFeeder ourselves after deleting it. For example some information may have changed regarding the order on the channel and we need to delete it and have the new up to date order re-downloaded. It would be great if we could just choose a channel and a date (maybe a date range) and then set it to download all applicable orders which are not already in storefeeder. Similar to how we can already force listings to download by using the 'Download listings now' button for each channel
