Option to send replacement from original order (without manually putting through)

When a customer doesn't receive their order and we process a replacment, it would be handy if there was an option which would fill in a new replacement order for us and link this to their original order so our team can keep track of these without manual searches.

Hi, This is already possible! You can raise an exchange from the order lines section of an order -without refunding the original order - and this will achieve the same thing as a replacement. If you need help on how to do this please contact the support team and we can help. We are however implementing a clone order function already - the team are testing this internally already so once we're sure we're happy with it it will go live. There are a few issues right now because it copies over information it shouldn't do but we're hoping to polish if off soon. Thanks, The StoreFeeder Support Team

Dropdown option 'Duplicate Order' would be good.
