Option to duplicate order
It would be good to be able to duplicate Phone Orders, i.e. if a customer calls back to re-order the same items, a copy order would then appear. Thanks.

Team·almost 8 years agoHi, What sam described below would be the way to do to this, if you return the item with courier claim as the reason the status changes to "delivery exception" automatically so you can see why it happened. Then you can proceed to do an exchange on the order line to create a new order to send out! Thank you, The Storefeeder Team
any news on this one, very annoying when you add an order with the wrong company identity then have to start over again... thanks.
Hi steven, we to had this problem and just did the floowing. On the order exchange the goods. Complete the new order fill out sll details etc for you :) Then go back to the original one and put as courier clam on order status. Then you can filter resaults on the main order page as couriers claims and all pop up :). Thanks, Sam
