Notification when a backorder is received into the system

It would be useful when a backorder is pulled into the system that a notification is sent via email as these can sometimes be missed and we've had a few cases where a product has oversold on a channel due to delayed stock updates but no one has realised

Hi - thanks for the update. An email notification would be useful as unless someone clicks on this tab they won't realise it is there still. Thanks

This is available on the V3 orders grid. There is a tab at the top of the page that is specifically to show all "Back orders" only, giving users a clear view of this type of order. Please see the attached image
