Order returns report

The Refunds Summary report provides an exportable file of all completed refunds, returns and exchanges from within your business.

It doesn’t come as a default report so will need to be added on User Permissions -> Reports -> Orders -> Refunds summary.

Once added you’ll see this option under Reports > Orders > Refunds summary.

Once on the page, you’ll have an overview of all returns and refunds completed within your business with various filters to use.

You can also capture an export for further analysis if required.
