Shipping to Isle of Man and Channel Islands Via Royal Mail

You may find that you are having trouble with despatching orders going to isle of man and channel islands. This may be down to the method you have selected for the order, if this is the case please see the below for services supported by Isle of man and channel islands:

1 Customers posting gifts or goods to the Channel Islands must fill in a customs declaration form and attach it to the parcel. This isn’t necessary for letters and parcels that only contain documents.

  • For items with a value over £270 use customs declaration form CN23. Opens in new window This should be attached using the plastic wallet available from Post Office® branches.

2 Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks. Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm to Jersey and Isle of Man is guaranteed delivery by 5.30pm within two working days.

3 Consequential loss cover is not available for items going to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
