Overriding Courier Data Sent to Channel
Info: Supported Channels Only Amazon and Shopify are supported at this time.
Many channels now require specific courier names to be sent to match them with their internal records. If you're using a courier and the name is being sent incorrectly to the channel, you can now update this via the shipping method settings.
A new section called "Override Channel Shipping Service" allows you to specify, per channel, the exact values we should upload for each relevant field:

Fields that do not apply to a particular channel will be greyed out. For example, Shopify only requires the Carrier Name, so that is the only field available for input when configuring Shopify settings.
Amazon requires a specific Carrier Code for each carrier and a Custom shipping method name:
