Common Fedex Error: Incomplete commodity description 1

When you're despatching an order with fedex to an international location you may get a error message such as:

There are a few reasons behind these error messages, below are a few things to check:

• Make sure the Harmonized code on your product matches the item description - if your harmonized code is for food but the item description is makeup then you'll get an error when you try to despatch so make sure these match.
• Your product descriptions may not be descriptive enough, as an example "cosmetics" would fail but "cosmetics - foundain" would succeed.
