Setting up a Custom Integration

Please note: to get the relevant files required to complete this integration you will need to reach out to our support team or your implementation specialist.

Step 1 - Creating a custom integration in StoreFeeder

First of all we will need to navigate to settings > your integrations in StoreFeeder:

Once this has been done we will press the new integration button:

Then Webstore

Then custom

Set a name and hit create.

Step 2 - install the files provided onto your website

The provided files will have instructions within them but it's important to only edit the following two PHP files:

  • database.connect.inc.php
  • query.inc.php

You will need to enter the correct details before installing them onto your website.

Step 3 - Finalising the installation on StoreFeeder

The final step will be providing StoreFeeder with the following details:

Simply enter the location of your API as well as the API token generated so we can access it and make sure the "Site File Extension" field is set to PHP Based.

Once that's done your connection will behave like any of our other integrations and we can turn on the order processing and stock management settings.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST INTEGRATION PLEASE CONSULT YOUR IMPLENTATION SPECIALIST FOR ADVICE ON WHAT TO TURN ON.
