My Shopify Orders are Downloading without the Name and Address

Shopify have introduced changes to their API regarding PII data. They now have four payment tiers.

• Basic
• Grow
• Advanced
• Plus

Any Shopify website using their basic plan will NOT be able to access any PII data, including Name, Address, Email and Phone Number - so we will still be able to see you've had an order, and we can access the product data, but we cannot access the Name/Address, etc for the order.

For now, Shopify stores that were opened before March 2024 still have access to this data, but this may change.

To resolve this issue, you will need to upgrade your Shopify plan to be on the Grow, Advanced, or Plus or higher plan, and then we will be able to access your order data fully and import orders as you'd expect.
