Before Starting

Please read the list below before beginning the onboarding process.

  • The standard onboarding process can take 3-6 weeks, this time may vary depending on the quality of your data, complexity of your setup, and the resources allocated to setting StoreFeeder up.
  • This overview is a generic outline, of the typical onboarding process which may be subject to change after a discussion with your onboarder.
  • These tasks have been ordered, but note that the order of these tasks may change and some tasks will overlap.
  • During the onboarding phase, we will only be downloading information into StoreFeeder. StoreFeeder will not be updating any of your sales platforms until you have completed the onboarding process.

To get StoreFeeder working you will need to follow the onboarding steps below.

  1. Integrating Sales Platforms - Shows how to integrate sales platforms.
  2. Creating Products - Shows how to download listings, create products, and map listings to products.
  3. Mapping Listings - Explains the process for importing and mapping additional listings to products.
  4. Integrate Couriers/Enter product information for shipping - Shows how to integrate couriers you ship with and ensure products have correct info for shipping.
  5. Create Shipping Methods, Regions and Rules for Orders - Shows you, how to automatically assign shipping service to orders.
  6. Testing - A checklist of tests, that need to be run before going live.
  7. Training - A list of functions and processes that can be carried out through StoreFeeder.
  8. Go Live - Overview of switching StoreFeeder on.
  9. Early life Support & End of onboarding - What happens after going live and finishing the onboarding process.
