Mapping Listings

Mapping Listings

This will help you map your listings to your products

If you find that you're struggling to understand some of the terminology used, check out the StoreFeeder Terminology Knowledge Base by clicking here.

Before Mapping Listings

If you haven't done so already, you will need to turn on the Automatic listing download option found on the โ€˜Edit/View Integrationโ€™ page for your chosen sales channel.

To do this go to Settings > Integration Manager > Edit/View integration > Channel Detail. Once here scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a โ€˜Stock Managementโ€™ section. Turn on the โ€˜Automatic Listing Downloadโ€™, as shown below:

Press the โ€˜Download Listings Nowโ€™ button to trigger the listing import.

WARNING: It may take a few hours to import your listings depending on the number you have on channel.

Once your listings have downloaded, you will be ready to map the listings to products.

If you have not already created products in StoreFeeder for your listings then you may find it easier to create products by using your downloaded listings. For more information on how to do this, see our 'Creating Products from Listings' Knowledge Base.

Mapping

You will now need to map your listings to these products. If you created your products from listings, those listings will now be mapped.

You CANNOT map a variation listing to a simple product, you will instead need to ensure that the product you are wanting to map to is in the same format as the listing. You can map simple listings to variation products.

If you have been using consistent SKUs across all your sales channels, you should be able to use the Map All By SKU feature.

If you have different SKUs across all your channels, you will need to map your listings manually. The Manually Mapping Listings To Products knowledgebase will help you.

Itโ€™s also worth noting that if you want to map multiple listings to the same product, you can use the Map Multiple Products button.
