Overview

The Below Reorder Level - Calculated report returns all products where the current inventory is less than the calculated reorder level. StoreFeeder calculates this level once a day for every product on your account.

How the calculated reorder level works

StoreFeeder calculates the reorder level using the following method:

  1. A daily average of units sold is calculated by dividing the total number sold in the last 30 days by 30.
  2. The daily average is multiplied by the supplier's lead time in days to produce the calculated reorder level.

If the daily average of items sold is less than the product's current stock level divided by the product's lead time, the product appears on this report.
